Swish is building a new-age food delivery and operations company focused on speed, execution, customer experience, and scale. As we expand across new markets, categories, and business opportunities, we are looking for engineers to build the technology that powers this high-scale operation from customer experience and ordering to kitchens, fulfilment, and last-mile delivery.
About the Role
We’re looking for Engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems, learning quickly, and taking ownership.
You’ll work closely with product, design, operations, and other engineers to build and improve systems that directly impact thousands of customers, delivery partners, and kitchens every day.
This is an early-stage environment where you’ll have the opportunity to work across different parts of the product and take features from idea to execution.
What You’ll Do
- Build, test, and ship scalable product features across our technology stack.
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand problems and build effective solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reliable code.
- Debug production issues and improve system performance and reliability.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of features from development to deployment and monitoring.
- Learn and contribute across different areas of the technology stack.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
- Experience with at least one modern programming language.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, and software development fundamentals.
- Ability to write clean and maintainable code.
- Strong ownership and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
