About Tvaram
Tvaram is a Bangalore-based tech startup building several standalone SaaS brands - from email infrastructure and marketing automation to voice AI and data intelligence. We're a lean, execution-focused team. Every system you build will ship, scale, and matter.
The Role
We’re looking for a strong 0→1 engineer to take complete ownership of one of our SaaS products — not just contribute to it, but lead it end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the founders, drive both technical and product decisions, own architecture and execution, and become the primary person accountable for the product’s success.
This is a true founding-team role. We’re looking for someone who thinks like an owner, moves with urgency, and wants to build and scale a product as if it were their own.
What You'll Own
→ Full backend ownership of standalone SaaS products
→ APIs, services, workers, and async pipelines
→ Production infrastructure for your product - deployments, monitoring, uptime
→ Integrations and whatever the product needs to scale

Go · Node.js (TypeScript) · NestJS · MongoDB · Postgres · RabbitMQ · BullMQ · Kafka · Redis · AWS · Docker · Baremetal
Who We're Looking For
• 1-3 years of strong backend engineering experience, or strong self-taught builder with shipped projects.
• Has built complex systems from scratch, not just features on existing platforms.
• Writes clean code and gives a damn about production
• Owns infra, not just code - deploys, monitors, and takes production seriously
• Bonus: email infra, SMTP, or any martech exposure

• Have genuine GitHub contributions / open-source work
• Know how to use Claude and AI coding tools to build faster
• Can understand, debug, test and own the code AI helps them write
