About the Role
4AT Academy is seeking an engaging, result-oriented Soft Skills & English Language Trainer to spearhead our "Zero to Hero" Corporate Communication Program.
In this role, you will coach learners ranging from foundational stages to high-impact corporate readiness. The ideal candidate has a knack for breaking down language barriers, instilling public speaking confidence, and instilling workplace etiquette suited for professional global environments.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Language Training: Deliver structured modules covering grammar fundamentals, vocabulary expansion, pronunciation, fluency, and business writing.
- Corporate Communication Coaching: Train learners in email etiquette, presentation skills, virtual meeting conduct, assertive communication, and active listening.
- Curriculum Delivery & Personalization: Facilitate highly interactive, scenario-based learning sessions (role-plays, mock calls, group discussions, and presentations) to fast-track practical fluency.
- Batch Delivery: Conduct focused 3-hour daily sessions, adaptable to either morning or evening batch schedules.
- Delivery Model: Deliver training primarily through virtual platforms, while being available to conduct in-person sessions, workshops, or bootcamps at the office location on a need basis.
- Progress Assessment: Monitor candidate growth through regular evaluations, structured feedback loops, and individual mock reviews.
