1. Deliver engaging sessions on Communication Skills, Soft Skills & Employability Skills
2. Conduct training on English Communication, Public Speaking & Presentation Skills
3. Develop students' Confidence, Personality & Professional Behavior
4. Facilitate activities, role plays, group discussions and mock interviews
5. Prepare session plans, training materials and learner assessments
6. Track learner performance and provide constructive feedback
7. Support learners in Interview Preparation, Job Readiness & Workplace Etiquette
8. Coordinate with the project/centre team for smooth training delivery
9. Maintain training records, attendance and assessment reports

1. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
2. Strong command of English
3. Good presentation and facilitation skills
4. Ability to engage youth/college students
5. Strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills
6. Knowledge of Employability Skills & Job Readiness
7. Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace

โข Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
โข 3+ years of Training experience in Soft Skills, Communication, Employability Skills.
โข Experience with CSR / Skill Development / Government / Education Projects will be preferred.
