Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Social Media Strategist or Telecaller. In this position, the Social Media Strategist will plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms, optimize posts for engagement, track performance metrics, and support brand visibility and audience growth. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate product and service information, follow up on leads, and support sales and customer relationship efforts. Both responsibilities may include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and contributing ideas to improve communication and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Public Relations skills.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Content Strategy and basic understanding of digital trends.
- Relevant experience in social media management, telecalling, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort with using social platforms, CRM tools, and office productivity software.
- Formal education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
