Company Description
Hyper Intelligence is an AI strategy and automation consultancy. We don't just automate routine tasks — we develop end-to-end AI strategy for a business, mapping opportunities across operations, admin, analytics, and other core functions, then prioritizing and building the systems that matter most. Our process: audit how a business actually runs, prescribe a prioritized roadmap, then build and maintain the AI systems ourselves. Real, deployed work includes a lead-qualification system for a B2B SaaS company (dormant lead → AI classify → WhatsApp → qualify → booked appointment) and a meeting-to-action-item system built for a client with a 100K+ social following. Anyone joining the team is supporting a small, hands-on practice where strategy turns into shipped systems — not slide decks.
Role Description
The Social Media Strategist intern is an unpaid, remote, part-time position (flexible hours) supporting Hyper Intelligence's digital presence and brand awareness, primarily on LinkedIn. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and drafting content, researching what's resonating in the AI strategy/automation and B2B space, tracking performance and engagement, and helping keep messaging consistent with the brand's voice — plain, specific, and free of consultant-speak ("leverage," "synergy," "unlock," etc.). You'll work directly with the founder, not through a marketing layer, so feedback loops are fast and you'll see your work's impact quickly. The intern will also help coordinate messaging across platforms and support light community engagement.
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow online channels effectively.
- Strong Communication skills to write clearly and engage an audience without sounding generic.
- Skills in Content Strategy to plan and structure impactful campaigns.
- Relevant skills such as basic analytics, copywriting, and familiarity with major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) are beneficial — LinkedIn especially, since that's our primary channel.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup, manage time effectively, and communicate proactively with a distributed (one-founder) team.
- - Interest in AI strategy, B2B SaaS, or startups is a plus — you don't need to know automation going in, but curiosity about it helps.
