The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager with luxury-brand experience to own the voice, aesthetic, and strategy of La Maison Eterna across social platforms. - Content Direction & CreationPlan and manage the content calendar across Instagram (our primary platform), Facebook, and LinkedIn, and evaluate and launch new platforms when they suit the brand.
- Art-direct photo and video shoots with our creative team, ensuring imagery is editorial, tactile, and light-led rather than catalogue-style.
- Write refined, evocative copy that tells the story behind each piece and avoids discount-led or urgency-driven language.
- Oversee Reels, Stories, carousels, and editorial content that connects to The Journal.
Community & Client Relationships
- Manage the community with the warmth and discretion expected of a luxury house.
- Coordinate with the Concierge team so social enquiries move smoothly into personalised service, including corporate gifting and wedding orders.

- Work with e-commerce and performance marketing on paid social.
