talsecure®’s Online Reputation Management (ORM) division is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to own digital narrative strategy for our clientele of HNIs and corporates, primarily across India and Europe.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyse trends, conversations, and sentiment across major social platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram)
• Build, brand, and manage social media assets and pages for individual and corporate clients
• Develop and maintain an active network of social media handlers, KOLs, and influencers across India and Europe
• Shape and control online narrative through proactive positioning and reactive crisis response
• Design and execute hashtag and keyword strategies to drive visibility and steer conversation
• Track brand/individual mentions and run continuous sentiment monitoring
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with client reputation goals
• Coordinate with influencers/handlers for organic and paid amplification
• Prepare regular performance and sentiment reports for clients and leadership
• Stay current on platform algorithm shifts, policy changes, and emerging narrative-control tactics
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, ORM, or PR
• A proven, active network of social media handlers/influencers — India and Europe preferred
• Strong command of hashtag strategy, keyword/SEO optimisation, and sentiment-analysis tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Meltwater, Talkwalker or similar)
• Experience handling HNI, celebrity, or corporate clientele preferred
• Excellent English communication; a European language is a plus
• High discretion and confidentiality — this role handles sensitive reputational matters
• Analytical mindset with the ability to move fast during a reputation crisis
