Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. The specialist will manage social media calendars, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with design and content teams, responding to audience interactions, coordinating with clients on campaign goals, and aligning social media efforts with broader digital marketing and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign performance tracking, and basic reporting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising, content planning, and community management is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is expected.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
