Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and accountable Social Media Manager to manage our clients’ social media accounts, content, and day-to-day communication.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of accounts, coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing deadlines, and staying updated with social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Develop ideas for Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Static Posts.
- Write captions, copy, and campaign content.
- Research trends, competitors, and new content formats.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers, and other team members.
- Handle day-to-day client communication and coordination.
- Collect client requirements, feedback, approvals, and necessary information.
- Ensure content and deliverables are completed on time.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams on pending tasks.
- Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned accounts.
- Proactively identify and resolve delays or issues.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Suggest new ideas to improve engagement and account growth.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong content writing and creative thinking.
- Good understanding of trends and social media formats.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with creative teams.
