Job Description – Social Media Executive (for CSR Project)

TSSC works closely with industry, government, training partners and other stakeholders to strengthen the skills ecosystem and support workforce development in the sector.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support the communication and social media activities of our CSR projects. The role will primarily involve managing social media content related to the project, coordinating with students and other stakeholders for content and activities, and ensuring that project achievements and initiatives are effectively communicated across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate social media activities for the CSR project across relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, stories, photographs, videos and other digital creatives.
- Coordinate with students and project participants to collect photographs, videos, testimonials, success stories and other relevant content.
- Work closely with the project team to identify activities, achievements and milestones that can be highlighted on social media.
- Design social media creatives and other communication materials using Canva.
- Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely posting of project-related updates.
- Engage with students and stakeholders to encourage participation in social media activities and content creation.
- Support coverage and documentation of CSR events, workshops, student activities and other project initiatives.
- Ensure that all communication is aligned with the organisation's brand guidelines and CSR objectives.
- Assist the team with other marketing and communication requirements related to the CSR project.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate
- 0–1 year of relevant experience; freshers with strong social media skills may also apply.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Hands-on knowledge of Canva is essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Good photography/video content sense and basic knowledge of editing tools will be an advantage.
