Infoneo Technologies is hiring an experienced Social Media Marketer to plan, execute, and optimise paid and organic campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Develop platform-specific social media strategies for clients.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Handle client communication, meetings, reporting and campaign reviews.
- Prepare professional campaign proposals, presentations and performance reports.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers and video editors.
- Monitor campaign budgets, reach, engagement, leads, CPC, CPL and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and campaign optimisation.
- Manage organic posting and community engagement across social platforms.
- Present monthly campaign insights and improvement plans to clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant social media marketing experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and YouTube/Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign targeting, retargeting and conversion tracking.
- Experience in client handling and account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to create structured content calendars and campaign plans.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and analytics tools.
- Agency or IT industry experience required.
