🚀 We're Hiring Interns! Join Mosaic Wellness Hiring: Finance Reporting & Corporate Finance Professional | CA | 6–8 Years Experience
We are looking for a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team and play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, business insights, and strategic decision-making.
📌 Role: Finance Reporting & Corporate Finance
📍 Experience: 6–8 years post qualification
🎯 Preferred background: Ecommerce | D2C | FMCG | High-growth startups
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive monthly, quarterly & annual financial closures
✅ Prepare MIS, dashboards, and executive-level financial reports
✅ Analyze P&L performance across products, channels & brands
✅ Lead statutory audits and ensure IND AS / Indian GAAP compliance
✅ Manage consolidation, intercompany eliminations & variance analysis
✅ Partner with business teams to provide actionable financial insights
✅ Identify process improvements through automation and analytics
What we are looking for:
🔹 Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
🔹 Strong experience in financial reporting, audits & FP&A
🔹 Hands-on knowledge of IND AS, Indian GAAP & compliance frameworks
🔹 Experience managing audits independently
🔹 Strong analytical skills with an ownership mindset
🔹 Exposure to AI tools, RPA, workflow automation, or finance analytics is a plus
