Company Description Anybody Can Help (ACH) is a socially driven initiative founded in 2015 by a group of professionals who connected during the Nepal earthquake through social media and chose to act together. ACH focuses on encouraging individuals with resources and privilege to support communities that are economically and socially disadvantaged. The organization designs and executes projects based on current social needs and local realities, aiming to create meaningful and timely impact. Team members collaborate to be “the difference” in society, working toward a more equitable future. ACH invites people who care about social change to join in shaping a better tomorrow.
Role Description The Social Media Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn to raise awareness about ACH’s initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include creating posts, stories, and short-form videos; drafting captions; scheduling content; and monitoring engagement and messages. The intern will support digital outreach by researching social impact trends, identifying relevant online communities, and collaborating with the team to align content with ongoing projects and campaigns. The role also involves basic reporting on campaign performance, sharing content ideas, and contributing to a consistent and empathetic brand voice across all channels.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and manage time in a hybrid work setting.
- Genuine interest in social impact, community work, and nonprofit initiatives.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in communications, marketing, media, or related fields is an advantage.
- Comfortable creating simple visual content using tools like Canva or similar design applications.
