Company Description ASANA is an upcoming wellness brand focused on the intersection of mindful movement and intentional living, where the mind meets the mat. The company is preparing for launch and aims to create an inclusive space for individuals interested in yoga, meditation, and holistic wellbeing. ASANA plans to build a strong community through both in-person experiences and digital storytelling. This environment offers interns the opportunity to contribute to the brand’s voice and presence from the ground up.
Role Description You'll work directly with the business owner and help create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
You'll have the opportunity to bring your own ideas, experiment with content and play a genuine role in growing the brand.
We're not simply looking for someone to complete an internship. We're building a team.
As the business grows, our goal is to bring strong performers into the team in paid positions with greater responsibility and opportunities for career growth.
What You'll Do
- Create Reels, TikToks and other engaging social-media content
- Develop creative ideas around yoga, wellness and mindful living
- Write captions and social-media copy
- Research trends and content opportunities
- Schedule and publish posts
- Help grow our audience and online community
- Monitor engagement and content performance
- Bring new ideas and strategies to help grow the brand
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience. We're looking for someone who is:
- Creative and passionate about social media
- Interested in yoga, wellness, fitness or mindfulness
- Comfortable creating short-form video content
- Proactive and full of ideas
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Eager to learn and grow with a business
- Students, recent graduates and aspiring content creators are welcome to apply.

Compensation
This is currently an unpaid internship opportunity while we build the business.
Our aim is to build a strong team of talented people and, as the business grows, transition successful team members into paid roles with increased responsibility and opportunities for progression.
Time Commitment
10–15 hours per week | Fully remote
