Marketing & Social Media Intern
About RatioFlow
RatioFlow is building the AI backbone for Indian legal practice, helping lawyers reduce repetitive research and administrative work so they can focus on higher-value legal tasks.
We are currently in the early product-development and pre-revenue stage, preparing for launch. This means you'll be joining at a very early stage and have the opportunity to help shape how RatioFlow is positioned, communicated and discovered by its first users.
About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern who wants to build something from 0 to 1.
You won't just be scheduling posts or managing an existing social-media account. You'll work closely with the founders to help build RatioFlow's content and distribution engine from scratch, with a primary focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.
Your work will include:
- Researching what content resonates with lawyers, law students and the legal-tech audience
- Finding trending topics, conversations, and content formats relevant to the legal industry
- Developing ideas and scripts for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, carousels, and Stories
- Creating and editing short-form video content
- Designing social-media content using tools such as Canva, Figma and other similar editing tools
- Managing and publishing content across relevant platforms
- Experimenting with different hooks, formats, and content styles
- Monitoring content performance and using insights to improve future content
- Researching competitors and other legal-tech companies to identify content and marketing opportunities
- Supporting campaigns aimed at building RatioFlow's early-access waitlist
- Engaging with relevant communities and conversations to build awareness among the legal audience
- Working directly with the founders on marketing experiments and ideas
What We're Looking For
You don't need to have a formal marketing degree. We care more about your ability to create, learn, and execute.
You'd be a strong fit if you:
- Understand how Instagram and LinkedIn content works
- Have an instinct for what makes people stop scrolling
- Are comfortable creating short-form video content
- Can use Canva, Figma and other Editing tools
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy researching trends, competitors, and audiences
- Are curious about startups, AI, legal technology, or content creation
- Are comfortable experimenting and learning from what works and what doesn't
- Can work independently and consistently in a remote environment
Bonus: If you've previously managed a college society's Instagram/LinkedIn page, created content for a student community, run a personal content page, or have a portfolio of Reels/designs, we'd love to see it
What You'll Get
- Work directly with the founders of an early-stage AI startup.
- Hands-on experience building a marketing and content function from 0 to 1
- Ownership over real marketing experiments rather than only execution work
- Exposure to AI, legal technology, startups, and B2B SaaS
- The opportunity to build a portfolio of real work and measurable outcomes
- A chance to see how an early-stage product goes from development to launch
Internship Details
Duration: 3 months

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in getting hands-on startup and marketing experience and is excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
If you've been looking for an opportunity where you can actually own projects, experiment, create, and see the results of your work, we'd like to hear from you.
