🚀 What You'll Do
- Manage social media for Digital Maestros and multiple client brands.
- Create content strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Plan and execute Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories, campaigns, and trend-driven content.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to keep brands ahead.
- Handle client communication, presentations, approvals, and reporting.
- Grow audience engagement through creative campaigns and community management.
- Analyze performance and optimize content using insights and analytics.
- Explore influencer collaborations and new growth opportunities.
✅ What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and social media trends.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
- Experience with international brands is an added advantage.
