About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll own the content calendar, guide a team of designers and video editors, and make sure every client gets on-brand, on-time, high-quality content that drives real engagement and growth.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end social media strategy for multiple client accounts across categories like F&B, jewellery, and real estate
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories) in collaboration with designers and video editors
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and content briefs aligned to each brand's voice
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and translate insights into better content decisions
- Coordinate with the internal design and video team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all accounts
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and content formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to keep client strategies fresh
- Liaise directly with clients — presenting content plans, reporting results, and handling feedback professionally
- Support performance marketing initiatives (Meta/Google Ads) where content and paid strategy intersect
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting handling multiple clients
- Strong understanding of Instagram/Meta content strategy, trends, and analytics
- Excellent written communication and content/caption-writing skills
- Experience managing or coordinating with designers/video editors to hit content deadlines
- Comfortable juggling multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Client-facing confidence — able to present strategy and handle feedback with professionalism
- Bonus: familiarity with paid social campaigns, Canva/basic design tools, or content scheduling platforms
