About the RoleNova Spark Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Social Media Manager with 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be strong in social media strategy, content planning, client handling, and campaign execution.
Working Hours- 2 PM to 11 PM IST & 6-7 pm Break

Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple clients.
- Create monthly social media content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors and Content Writers for content execution.
- Knowledge of Social Media Management Tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Track trends, hashtags, competitors and platform updates.
- Handle client communication, UGC content plan, client feedback and content approvals.
- Improve engagement, reach and overall social media presence.
- Ensure timely delivery of monthly social media activities.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of social media strategy and content marketing.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends.
- Ability to work with a fast-paced agency team.
Preferred Skills- Meta Business Suite
- Canva / basic design understanding
- Social media tools, analytics & reporting
- Influencer marketing knowledge
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads
- AI tools for content creation
