About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, posting, and creating content across major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Google Business Pages. You will play a key role in content creation, brand visibility, content planning, and day-to-day execution, working closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent and engaging communication across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profiles.
- Lead content planning, monthly content calendars, and campaign execution for multiple brands.
- Manage end-to-end social media operations, including content publishing, community management, and engagement.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, videographers, and performance marketing teams to create engaging content.
- Identify trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Analyze platform performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Drive organic growth strategies, audience engagement, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and social media campaigns whenever required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior social media executives while ensuring timely project delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, audience behaviour, and content strategies.
- Excellent copywriting, caption writing, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, Google Business Profile, and other social media management tools.
- Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
