About The Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to own our content strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) for three company pages. You will not only manage the strategy but also design posts, shoot and edit reels, and leverage AI tools to create high-quality content at speed and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content strategy and posting schedule for 3 company pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Design high-quality graphic posts, carousels, and visual assets.
- Shoot, edit, and produce engaging reels and short-form video content.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate content creation and scale output.
- Monitor social media trends and implement growth strategies.
- Engage with the community and respond to comments/messages.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years managing corporate social media accounts.
- Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Video Skills: Video editing skills for Reels/Shorts (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- AI Skills: Hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation.
- Communication: Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Infrastructure: Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and professional work setup.
