The Empire Magazine is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Management & Content Creator to join our team in Pune.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging digital content, and helping strengthen our brand visibility across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media activities and content publishing.
- Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories and other digital content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on trends and audience interests.
- Write engaging captions, headlines and social media copy.
- Design social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan and maintain the monthly/weekly content calendar.
- Monitor trends, engagement and social media performance.
- Support organic growth and audience engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with the editorial, marketing and business development teams.
- Publish and update content on WordPress when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual identity.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video/reel editing.
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in social media management/content creation is preferred.
- Freshers with strong creativity and relevant skills can also apply.
