🚀 SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER — WE’RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT MINDSET!
Not every Social Media Manager is just a content scheduler.
We’re looking for someone who can answer questions like:
👉 Why is this content working?
👉 What does this audience actually want to see?
👉 Which trends are worth jumping on?
👉 How can we turn engagement into real growth?

📍 Location: Nagpur | In-Office
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
🕐 Job Type: Full-Time
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Building and executing social media strategies
• Creating & managing monthly content calendars
• Developing campaigns for reach, engagement & conversions
• Researching trends, competitors & audience behaviour
• Finding new ways to improve engagement and community growth
• Working closely with designers, video editors & content writers
• Tracking performance and turning analytics into actionable insights
• Managing organic social media activities
• Supporting and optimizing paid social campaigns
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience
✅ Understands Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn beyond the basics
✅ Is comfortable with Meta Business Suite
✅ Can independently plan content and strategies
✅ Understands social media analytics & performance metrics
✅ Keeps up with trends and understands why they work
✅ Has strong communication, creativity & ownership
⭐ Paid Ads experience will be an added advantage.
Most importantly: We want someone who can take ownership of social media — someone who can think, experiment, analyse and improve rather than simply follow a content calendar.
