🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE
📍 Mumbai Central | Work From Office
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years | Monday–Friday | 10 AM–6 PM

SilverSpun Brand Solutions is looking for a hands-on, creative and independent Social Media Associate who can take ownership of social media execution for our clients.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage day-to-day social media for client accounts
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Write engaging captions and social media copy
• Ideate content for posts, reels and stories
• Create social media creatives using Canva
• Use AI tools for content creation, editing and ideation
• Do basic video editing for reels, stories and short-form content
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn
• Research trends, formats, hashtags and content opportunities
• Set up and manage social 99media ad campaigns
• Have a basic understanding of performance marketing and paid social
• Monitor campaigns and make basic optimisations
• Track organic + paid performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with clients and the creative team
• Take ownership from brief → execution → publishing → reporting
🔎 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ 1–2 years of social media experience
✔️ Agency experience preferred
✔️ Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms
✔️ Good Canva skills
✔️ Familiarity with AI editing and content creation tools
✔️ Basic video editing skills
✔️ Knowledge of social media advertising and performance marketing
✔️ Ability to run and monitor basic social media ad campaigns
✔️ Good writing and communication skills
✔️ Creative, proactive and organised
✔️ Comfortable working independently
