Scholars Mediatech Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its creative and digital media team!
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager who can not only manage social media platforms but also understand content creation, professional video editing, photography, and camera operations.
š Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

šÆ Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands and clients
ā¢ Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars
ā¢ Manage Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn & Google Business Profile
ā¢ Write engaging captions, scripts, campaign copy and digital content
ā¢ Monitor engagement, community interactions, comments and reviews
ā¢ Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports
ā¢ Identify trends and develop platform-specific content
ā¢ Coordinate with design, video, performance marketing and PR teams
ā¢ Support influencer marketing and online reputation management campaigns
ā¢ Contribute to overall digital brand positioning and campaign strategy
š„ Creative & Video Production Skills ā Important
The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of:
ā¢ Professional Video Editing for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, interviews, promotional videos and campaign content
ā¢ Editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent
ā¢ Professional Camera Handling & Videography
ā¢ Camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, exposure and basic cinematography
ā¢ Audio recording and basic sound production
ā¢ Photography and video shooting for social media, events, interviews and brand campaigns
ā¢ Visual storytelling and creating platform-optimized video content
ā
What Weāre Looking For
ā¢ Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & SMO
ā¢ Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling skills
ā¢ Strong content strategy and creative thinking
ā¢ Knowledge of social media analytics and performance optimization
ā¢ Understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR and online reputation management
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines
ā¢ Agency or multi-brand experience will be an advantage
ā¢ Understanding of Indian and regional audiences is preferred
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
