We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (Team Lead) | Reechd Co
📍 Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Work From Office)

🎯 What You'll Do
✅ Lead and mentor our social media team: assign tasks, review work, and keep quality and deadlines on track
✅ Own strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp for multiple clients
✅ Work directly with clients to understand their business and figure out what they really need, not just what they ask for
✅ Plan content calendars, campaigns and posting schedules
✅ Review and approve copy, creatives and reels before they go live
✅ Track performance and turn data into smarter strategy
✅ Manage client communication and deliverable expectations
✅ Collaborate with designers, video editors and our AI content team
✅ Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes and new content formats
🔍 Who We're Looking For
⭐ 2+ years of hands-on social media management (agency experience is a plus)
⭐ Experience managing or leading a team
⭐ A confident, client-facing communicator who can turn vague briefs into clear plans
⭐ Strong understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms and analytics
⭐ Comfortable juggling fast turnarounds across multiple accounts
⭐ Bonus: Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, AI content workflows, and a good feel for Malayalam content and what connects with Kerala audiences
