dhi Hospitality is looking for a Manager, Social Media & Content Strategy to shape and lead our content across dhi Hospitality, pulse., and the hotel and resort brands we manage. You’ll work across strategy, storytelling, creative direction, and execution to build distinctive and commercially relevant content.
You’ll be responsible for developing the thinking, structure, storytelling, and creative direction behind our content. You’ll help define how dhi shows up as a hospitality company, how pulse. is positioned and communicated to the market, and how the hotel brands we work with build stronger digital presence and commercial relevance.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across brands, understands hospitality, and can move comfortably between strategy, content, creative direction, and execution.
What you'll own
- Build and lead the social and content strategy for dhi Hospitality, pulse., and our hotel portfolio.
- Develop content pillars, narratives, campaigns, and recurring formats based on each brand’s positioning and commercial objectives.
- Shape the content and communication strategy for pulse., including product storytelling, thought leadership, launches, industry insights, and founder-led content.
- Build structured monthly content calendars across multiple brands and platforms.
- Write and edit captions, campaign messaging, social copy, and other brand communications.
- Translate business and commercial objectives into content that is relevant, useful, and engaging.
- Brief designers and other creative resources with clear direction, references, context, and expected outcomes.
- Own creative direction and maintain consistency across different brands without making them feel repetitive.
- Support hotel clients in strengthening their storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Identify content opportunities from hotel performance, guest behaviour, market trends, destinations, experiences, and commercial priorities.
- Manage community interactions with an understanding of hospitality, guest expectations, and brand reputation.
- Track content performance, identify what is actually working, and continuously improve the strategy based on data and audience behaviour.
- Build repeatable content systems, frameworks, templates, and guidelines that allow the team to scale as dhi and its client portfolio grow.
What you'll bring
- 4–6 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- 4+ years of hospitality experience is strongly preferred, particularly across hotels, resorts, restaurants, travel, or hospitality-focused agencies.
- Strong preference for candidates with agency experience and a track record of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and the ability to adapt tone, content, and creative direction across different brands.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to connect content with commercial objectives, rather than treating social media as a standalone activity.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta, and organic and paid social formats.
- Experience working closely with designers, videographers, performance marketers, and other creative resources.
- Comfortable working with analytics and using performance data to influence content decisions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing quality.
- A structured, commercially minded approach with the ability to build systems where none exist yet.
Bonus points for
- Experience working with hotel groups, multi-property portfolios, or hospitality agencies.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or product marketing, particularly for hospitality or travel technology.
- Experience developing thought leadership for founders or senior executives.
- Experience launching a new brand, product, or platform from the ground up.
- Experience developing brand voice, content frameworks, creative guidelines, or social playbooks.
- Strong understanding of hospitality technology, revenue management, digital marketing, or hotel commercial strategy.
Why dhi
You’ll be joining at an interesting stage of our growth.
You’ll have the opportunity to build the content and social presence of dhi Hospitality, help shape the market narrative for pulse., and influence how a growing portfolio of hospitality brands communicate with their audiences.
There is significant room to build, experiment, and create systems rather than inherit them.
We’re looking for someone who sees content as a business and brand asset, not a posting routine. If you enjoy understanding a business, finding the story within it, and turning that into content people actually want to consume, we’d like to hear from you.
