We work with businesses across different industries and are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager who understands social media culture, enjoys creating content, and wants to grow in the digital marketing industry.
What You'll Do
As a Social Media Manager, you will work closely with our creative and management team to handle social media accounts for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Instagram and Facebook accounts for multiple clients.
- Planning and maintaining monthly/weekly social media content.
- Creating and scheduling Instagram Stories, Reels and Posts.
- Finding and understanding trending Reels, audio, formats, memes and social media trends.
- Coming up with creative content ideas for different brands.
- Writing captions, hooks and basic social media copy.
- Creating creative Stories and basic social media content.
- Coordinating with graphic designers, video editors, photographers and the internal team for content requirements.
- Posting content according to the client's content calendar.
- Engaging with followers and managing basic comments and DMs.
- Keeping track of what's working on different social media platforms.
- Monitoring competitors and identifying new content opportunities.
- Taking feedback from the management/client and making required changes.
- Maintaining proper content calendars and daily task updates.
- Staying updated with the latest Instagram and social media trends.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is creative, energetic and enthusiastic about social media.
- Is an active Instagram user and understands current trends.
- Has a good understanding of Reels, Stories, Posts and Instagram engagement.
- Can think of interesting and relatable content ideas.
- Has good communication skills.
- Has basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation and creation.
- Is organised and capable of handling multiple client accounts.
- Can work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Is willing to learn and take responsibility.
- Has an eye for good design, content and presentation.
- Can take feedback positively and implement it quickly.
