Role Description The Social Media Executive - D2C Brands role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing social media channels for direct-to-consumer brands, including planning and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions. Daily responsibilities include creating social media posts, coordinating with design and marketing teams, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales. The Social Media Executive will also support digital marketing initiatives, stay updated on platform trends, and contribute ideas to strengthen the brand’s online presence and community-building efforts.
Working Days : Mon-Sat
Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning content calendars and aligning posts with brand guidelines.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with online communities.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and basic performance reporting for social channels.
- Understanding of D2C brand dynamics, streetwear culture, and sneaker trends is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
