Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage Grahaam Studio’s presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, and optimizing content to grow audience reach and engagement. The role includes coordinating media plans, monitoring analytics, and reporting performance to support marketing and brand objectives. The Social Media Executive will collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop content that highlights projects, strengthens brand identity, and supports client acquisition. Daily responsibilities also include community management, responding to inquiries and comments, and staying current with social media trends relevant to design and lifestyle brands. Also includes creating Reels, Carousels, Statics, creating captions, editing - basically all that includes social media management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills to manage content calendars, platform strategies, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for crafting posts, captions, and client-facing messages.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and basic analytics tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in design, architecture, or lifestyle brands, along with basic graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools), is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site studio environment.
