About the Role
BestoSEO Solutions is looking for a Social Media Executive who understands content, trends and social media strategy and can independently manage social media activities for multiple clients.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content planning, social media calendars, organic growth, reporting, client coordination and social media trends, with basic exposure to Meta Ads and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars for multiple clients.
- Develop creative content ideas, post concepts, reels, carousels, stories and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy.
- Plan and execute strategies focused on organic social media growth, reach and engagement.
- Research competitors, trending topics, hashtags, formats, sounds and content trends.
- Share new social media ideas and recommendations based on each client's industry and audience.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, SEO teams and clients for content execution.
- Prepare monthly social media reports and understand key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions and follower growth.
- Present or brief monthly reports and key performance insights to clients/internal teams.
- Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals and feedback.
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta AI and emerging social media trends.
- Assist with Meta Ads account/campaign management wherever required. Previous hands-on experience will be an added advantage.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of content planning and social media calendars.
- Understanding of organic social media growth and engagement.
- Good content writing, caption writing and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyse social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Familiarity with Meta AI and AI tools for content research and ideation.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is preferred.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and content calendars.
- Creative, proactive and willing to bring new ideas to the table.
