About the Role
AyuSewa Air & Train Ambulance Service is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and promote our healthcare services across various social media platforms. Freshers with a passion for content creation and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Write creative captions and social media copy.
- Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with internal teams for photos, videos, and campaign content.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar) will be an advantage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of hashtags, trends, and social media algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MBA, or equivalent).
