About the Role
360iResearch is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Content Executive / Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activities and content publishing.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with our brand and industry insights.
- Create and coordinate posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and other digital content.
- Plan and manage photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and other content-production activities.
- Manage YouTube content, including ideas, scripts, publishing, thumbnails, and optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and video editors to execute content initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Track social media performance and provide insights for improving reach and engagement.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across platforms.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital content, or content marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Good content-writing and communication skills.
- Experience with content creation and shoot coordination.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Creative mindset, strong execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities independently.
