Social Media Content Creator & Trainer
About the Role
If your camera roll is full of content ideas, you're always saving trending Reels, and you know exactly what makes people stop scrolling—we want to meet you.
We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Trainer who can create engaging, trend-driven content while mentoring the next generation of creators. You'll be behind the camera, in front of it, and occasionally coaching others on how to create content that connects.
What You'll Do🎥 Create Content That Stands Out
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels, Shorts, vlogs, and social media videos.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, events, creator stories, and day-in-the-life content.
- Spot trends early and turn them into engaging, brand-relevant content.
- Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and video scripts.
- Create content using smartphones and professional cameras.
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain a consistent content calendar.
🎓 Train Future Content Creators
- Deliver hands-on training on creating Reels, vlogs, and short-form content.
- Teach storytelling, camera confidence, content planning, editing, and personal branding.
- Introduce learners to AI-powered content creation tools and social media best practices.
- Review learner projects, provide feedback, and help them improve their content.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing Reels, vlogs, UGC, or social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent video shooting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Confident presenter with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Creative thinker who keeps up with social media trends and knows what makes content go viral.
Bonus Points If You
- Have grown a personal or brand social media account.
- Are comfortable appearing on camera.
- Have experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or AI video editing tools.
- Love experimenting with new content formats before they become mainstream.
