Aixor Digital is looking for a Social Media Executive who can bring together creativity, culture, content, and strategy to build stronger brands on social media.
You’ll work across multiple brands, turn ideas into content, spot trends, and collaborate with designers, writers, video editors, and performance marketers to create work that delivers more than just likes.

We work across healthcare, education, lifestyle, real estate, and other growth-focused sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Build monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Come up with ideas for Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Write hooks, captions, and creative briefs.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and video editors to bring ideas to life.
- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Track trends, formats, and platform updates—and know what makes sense for each brand.
- Manage communities and audience interactions.
- Review performance and turn insights into better content.
- Support influencer collaborations, campaigns, launches, and brand activations.
- Work with the performance marketing team on content for paid campaigns.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Have 2–3 years of hands-on social media experience.
- Understand social media beyond posting—content, storytelling, trends, community, and results.
- Can quickly come up with content ideas for different brands.
- Have strong writing and communication skills.
- Understand Reels, short-form video, and social-first content.
- Have a good eye for design and are comfortable with Canva or similar tools.
- Can manage multiple brands, deadlines, and approvals.
- Enjoy staying updated on what’s happening online.
Bonus: Agency experience, influencer marketing exposure, paid social knowledge, or experience across healthcare, lifestyle, education, real estate, or consumer brands.
