Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, posters, and creatives.
- Plan and upload content regularly on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Understand the performance of posts by checking likes, reach, engagement, and audience response.
- Develop structured content plans by studying audience response and social media performance trends.
- Develop monthly and weekly content ideas aligned with the company’s services and goals.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of graphic creation software for poster and creative design.
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms its analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to think strategically about content planning and audience engagement.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
Preferred
- 1- 2 Years experienced in handling business social media accounts.
- Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and trending content formats.
