About the RoleWe're looking for a Social Media & Content Associate to own the mission: make Hoomanely the brand pet parents trust, follow, and talk about. You'll lead multi-layered campaigns blending influencer partnerships, collaborations, and content-led storytelling - turning complex pet health insight into content premium pet parents genuinely love. You'll own the whole arc from scroll to stop to share: shaping our visual voice, writing copy that ranges from sharp captions to thoughtful long-form posts, and simplifying messaging until it cuts through the noise.
Our goal: become the largest and most engaging pet parent community in the world - and you'll be the one building it, post by post, partnership by partnership.
What You'll Do- Plan and run the day-to-day content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels - from concept to publish
- Source, brief, and manage influencer and UGC partnerships, from first outreach to final content
- Write and edit copy across formats - captions, scripts, long-form posts - and shape the visual direction of every asset
- Turn pet health insight from product and research into content pet parents actually stop for
- Track performance across platforms and use what's working (and what's not) to sharpen the next post
- Engage directly with the community - comments, DMs, conversations that build trust in the brand
- Spot digital trends and emerging formats early, and adapt them to fit Hoomanely's voice
What Success Looks Like- A content calendar running like clockwork - consistent, on-brand, never scrambling for the next post
- Influencer and UGC partnerships that turn into ongoing relationships, not one-off posts
- Steady month-over-month growth in engagement, saves, and shares across channels
- A community that feels heard - comments and DMs met with care, not silence
- Content that turns pet health insight into something pet parents actually stop, save, and share
- You're spotting trends and formats before they're mainstream, not months behind
You Might Be a Fit If…- You have 2- 4 years of experience in social media, content, or brand marketing
- You write well across formats - sharp captions, long-form posts, everything between
- You're fluent in Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
- You're AI-native - you reach for AI tools daily for content, research, and execution
- You have a strong eye for visual storytelling and content curation
- You bring real ownership, clear communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience in SEO, email, or influencer marketing
