Role Description
The Client Servicing Manager will manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive account management. This full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns, tracking project progress, and aligning deliverables with client expectations and business goals. Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, preparing performance reports, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance campaign outcomes. The role also requires maintaining documentation, supporting smooth onboarding of new clients, and contributing to long-term client relationship growth, with an expectation of an immediate joiner.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage accounts, understand client needs, and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure positive client experiences throughout the engagement.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients and internal teams, present reports, and clarify requirements.
- Relevant experience of 2 to 5 years in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
- Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project management platforms); familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
