Job details:
We're hiring a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) at Neuroid :)
Type - Hybrid // 4 days WFO
Location - Ghitorni, New Delhi
Must have performance marketing & D2C growth understanding.
Neuroid is a performance and content agency built for D2C brands - furniture, jewellery, skincare, apparel, F&B - managing ad spend in crores every month. We integrate performance marketing with content and creative, so the ads and the assets behind them are built to work together, not handed across a wall.
We’re hiring an Client Success Manager to own the relationship side of 8 to 10 D2C accounts. You sit between the founder, the media buyers and the client. The buyers run the ads; you run the account - the numbers, the conversation, the next step, and the renewal.
This is not a client-servicing role where you forward emails. You need to read a Meta or Google dashboard yourself, know why ROAS moved, and have the next move ready before the client asks. Ex-media buyers who want to move to the client side are the exact profile.
What you’ll own
- Weekly performance reviews with each client: what we spent, what it returned, what changes next week, sent before they ask
- The relationship: you are the first call for every account you hold, and the founder is the escalation, not the default
- Scope and renewals: tracking what was promised, flagging scope creep, running the renewal conversation 30 days before expiry
- Churn prevention: spotting an unhappy account early and fixing it with the buyer, not after the client has already decided
- Creative and content coordination: making sure what the buyer needs from the content team is briefed, dated and delivered
- Upsell: knowing when a client is ready for Google, retention, or a creative mandate, and making the case
Who this is for
- 2 to 4 years in performance marketing for D2C or ecommerce - ideally as a media buyer who now wants to own accounts, or an AM at a performance agency who actually understands the ads
- You can open Ads Manager and explain an account’s last 30 days without a buyer in the room
- You know what a healthy D2C P&L looks like: ROAS, CAC, AOV, contribution margin, and why a brand at 2X might be fine and a brand at 4X might not be
- You write clearly, run a meeting without a deck, and are comfortable telling a client something they don’t want to hear
- You’ve managed at least 5 accounts at once and nobody slipped
- In-office at Ghitorni (3rd Floor, 354, 100ft Road, near Ghitorni metro), five days a week
What you get
- 8 to 10 named accounts from day one, with real authority over how they’re run
- Direct access to the founder, the Head of Ops and the buyers; no layers
- A path to Head of Accounts as the book grows
