Key Responsibilities
- Assist with market research and identify potential clients in industry and academia.
- Support marketing campaigns for our research and training services.
- Prepare marketing materials and social media content.
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in basic sales activities and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service positioning and communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Market research skills to analyze target segments and emerging opportunities in life sciences and training services.
- Sales skills to support lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Marketing strategy skills to assist in planning campaigns and improving brand visibility.
- Basic digital marketing knowledge and proficiency with office tools (spreadsheets, presentations).
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
