Are you someone who knows how to turn social media ads into real leads and sales?
We’re looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist who can take ownership of paid campaigns, optimize performance, and help us scale our customer acquisition.
📍 Location: Mohali, Punjab (Industrial Area)
💼 Experience: 2+ Years
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
⏰ Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday

• Meta Ads & Facebook Ads
• Instagram Ads & Campaign Management
• Snapchat Ads
• Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns
• Retargeting & Remarketing
• Audience Targeting & Lookalike Audiences
• A/B Testing of Creatives & Campaigns
• Campaign Budget & Performance Optimization
• CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM & ROAS Optimization
• Meta Pixel, Events & Conversion Tracking
• AI-powered tools for ad creatives, copy & campaign optimization
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising
✔️ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
✔️ Practical experience with Instagram & Snapchat Ads
✔️ Proven understanding of lead generation and sales campaigns
✔️ Strong analytical and performance marketing skills
✔️ Ability to analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance
✔️ Knowledge of AI tools used in digital advertising
✔️ Result-oriented mindset with a focus on leads, conversions & ROI
