About the Role
We are looking for Sleep Designers to provide personalized guidance to customers and help them select the right mattress based on their sleep preferences, comfort requirements, and individual needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and an interest in sleep science and home furnishing products.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their sleep preferences, requirements, and comfort needs.
• Guide customers in selecting the right mattress based on their individual requirements.
• Explain product specifications confidently, including fabric quality, foam density, firmness options, trial policy, and other product features.
• Handle customer queries professionally, particularly regarding pricing, product comparisons, and competitors.
• Maintain product displays and ensure high standards of store presentation.
• Maintain customer information and support CRM and customer data management.
• Utilize omnichannel and digital selling tools to enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Support store-level sales targets and retail KPI achievement.
• Ensure a polite, patient, and professional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in Textile, Retail Chain, Apparel, Home Furnishing, Consumer Durables, or related industries.
• Graduate with a preferred background in Textile / B.Sc. Textiles.
• Strong customer-facing and sales orientation.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Good communication skills with a polite, patient, and professional approach.
• Local candidates from Guwahati are strongly preferred.
