Job Description – Training Centre Manager & Caregiver Trainer
Location: Noida – Sector 140 | Full-Time | On-Site
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Training Centre Manager & Caregiver Trainer to independently manage our new training centre and ensure high-quality training and readiness of caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical training for Japa Caregivers, Nannies/Babysitters and other care staff.
- Train Caregivers on baby care, mother care, hygiene, feeding, breastfeeding support, bottle sterilization, bathing, baby massage, diapering, newborn handling, sleep routines, developmental activities, safety, communication and professional behaviour.
- Conduct practical assessments and deployment-readiness evaluations.
- Manage the complete day-to-day functioning of the training centre, including batches, attendance, materials, records and discipline.
- Handle parent/visitor visits and provide information about caregiver training and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR and Recruitment regarding caregiver training and deployment readiness.
- Analyse caregiver/parent feedback and introduce new training initiatives and improvement measures.
- Maintain training records and provide regular reports to management.
Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in caregiver, nursing, healthcare or childcare training.
- GNM/ANM/B.Sc. Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of newborn, mother and childcare.
- Good communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Ability to independently manage a centre and train caregivers.
- Proactive, organised, empathetic and focused on continuous improvement.
- Basic to good computer knowledge with ability to use MS Office/Google Workspace and digital tools.
- Comfortable learning and implementing new technology and training tools.
