Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-out

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-out to oversee the execution of premium residential and commercial interior projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interior fit-out and finishing works, with the ability to coordinate site activities, manage contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, and material usage.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Conduct quality inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects in Kerala.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishing materials, and site execution.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multiple site activities.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
