Site Supervisor — Manpower & Fleet (Automobile Plant, Becharaji)
Location: Becharaji / Hansalpur, Dist. Mehsana, Gujarat (local candidates strongly preferred)
Salary: ₹29,000 per month (in-hand)
Employment type: Full-time, on-site
About the role
ATMS deploys and manages contract manpower at a leading automobile manufacturing plant in Becharaji. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage our deployed workforce and driver fleet at the plant — someone reliable, organised, and comfortable with day-to-day people management and basic computer work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a large fleet of deployed manpower and drivers at the plant on a daily basis.
- Plot and maintain daily attendance accurately; reconcile against the biometric/attendance system.
- Prepare and check monthly billing and payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, shifts) and share on time with the head office.
- Handle shift planning, deployment, and cover for absentees so the site is never short.
- Be the on-ground point of contact for the client and resolve day-to-day issues quickly.
- Maintain records, reports, and trackers in Excel and coordinate with the ATMS office.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising/managing manpower or a driver fleet (industrial, logistics, or plant environment preferred).
- Comfortable with computers and Excel — attendance sheets, basic reports, data entry.
- Understanding of attendance plotting and billing/payroll inputs.
- Able to manage and discipline a large workforce, stay organised, and follow up reliably.
- Local resident of Becharaji / Mehsana / nearby areas preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
