Position: Interior Site Supervisor
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Package: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other workers.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Monitor the quality and progress of interior works at the site.
- Coordinate with the project team and report daily site progress.
- Check measurements and material requirements at the site.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager/Architect.
- Ensure that work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out-site supervision.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workers effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Salary Package: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA, based on experience and skills
