WE ARE HIRING – SITE ENGINEER / SITE INCHARGE
📍 Location: Ulwe, Navi Mumbai
🏗️ Industry: Real Estate
🎓 Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering
💼 Experience: 4+ Years
💰 Salary: ₹33,000–₹35,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractors, supervisors & materials
- Coordinate with contractors for quality and timely execution
- Track project progress and schedules
- Ensure quality, standards & regulations
- Prepare project reports and maintain records
- Monitor project costs and control overspending
- Prepare RA, client & subcontractor/vendor bills
- Verify quantities from drawings and site execution
- Handle quantity reconciliation and variations
- Identify project risks, delays and cost overruns
Skills Required
- AutoCAD & MS Excel
- Residential real-estate project experience mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts, rate analysis & budgeting
- Quantity Surveying experience will be an added advantage
