Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in the Pune Division, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution. The Site Engineer will review structural drawings, verify material quality, and implement quality control measures throughout the construction process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining site documentation, reporting project status to management, and supporting the adoption of innovative and sustainable construction practices aligned with GNP Landmarks’ standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing construction activities at active project locations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess robust quality control capabilities, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and practical experience applying engineering principles to building projects.
- Candidates should possess a civil engineering background, preferably with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and relevant field experience.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with construction management software, understanding of sustainable building practices, and proven ability to meet project timelines.
