We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil with strong hands-on experience in RCC Structure and Finishing Works for residential/commercial construction projects in Pune.
Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
* Handle RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls and staircases.
* Check reinforcement, shuttering, line, level, alignment and dimensions before concreting.
* Execute and supervise blockwork, masonry, plastering and finishing activities.
* Manage finishing works including waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, doors/windows and other civil finishing works.
* Read and understand structural, architectural and GFC drawings.
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and site teams.
* Monitor manpower, material availability and daily productivity.
* Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.
* Conduct quality inspections and minimize rework.
* Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site records.
* Check measurements, quantities, BOQ and assist in contractor billing.
* Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework.
* Prepare/maintain checklists, inspection records and concrete pour cards.
* Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/consultants for timely resolution.
* Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
* Prepare and close snag/punch lists during finishing and handover.
