Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sisense Developer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for professionals with 3+ years of experience. The Sisense Developer will design, build, and optimize Sisense dashboards and data models to meet business requirements across multiple industries. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ETL processes, configuring and managing Sisense cubes, and integrating Sisense with various data sources and applications. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and BI consultants to translate analytics needs into technical solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability. The developer will also contribute to custom plugins, advanced visualizations, and AI-driven features, while troubleshooting issues, improving existing implementations, and supporting end users.
Qualifications
- Strong Sisense development skills, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and cube management.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases, along with experience in ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
- Knowledge of BI and analytics concepts such as KPIs, data visualization best practices, and performance optimization.
- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for custom widgets, plugins, and API integrations.
- Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud or on-prem data platforms and standard data security and governance practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three or more years of hands-on experience as a Sisense Developer or in a similar BI developer role.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work independently and within a team in an on-site environment.
- Experience in sectors such as Retail, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, or E-commerce is an advantage, as is exposure to AI-driven analytics.
